This listing is for 1 pound (~2 fully packed sandwich bags) of Mealworm frass. Frass is the poop and exoskeletons of insects, and this mealworm frass is an excellent alternative or addition to store-bought mineral fertilizer. Frass is comparable to chicken manure at an NPK of 2-3-2 with additional micronutrients like Copper and Zinc. Mix 1/2 cup per gallon of water and apply directly to plant roots, or mix 1lb per 20sqft, incorporating well to prevent blow-off. Frass is packaged in biodegradable bags (double packaged) to prevent moisture-build up and minimize plastic waste.
